Awash Bank, which is known for reaching out to people exposed to natural and artificial disaster at various times, has donated 30 Million Birr to the famine stricken people of Borena. Last year, it donated 60 million Birr to the people who were exposed to similar problems. Similarly, it is remembered that, the Bank has contributed to the people displaced from their homes and properties due to the conflict in Western Oromiya and to the house hold affected by heavy rain in Amhara Regional State.
