- Cash Deposit: E-Branches are equipped with cash deposit ATMs or ITMs. Customers can easily deposit cash into their accounts by following simple instructions on the ATM. If they need assistance, they can use the ITM to interact with a remote teller.
- Cash Withdrawal: Customers have the option to withdraw cash either from ATMs or through ITMs with the support of a remote teller.
