Senior – Quantity Surveyor (Re-advertised)

Qualification & Experience
BSc Degree in quantity surveying, construction management, civil engineering or related field plus a minimum of seven (7) years of experience in quantity surveying or cost consulting, preferably in the building construction projects.
Professional membership or certification in quantity surveying or construction management.
Job Summary
The job holder is responsible for managing all building construction and maintenance project costs, from the initial calculations to the final figures. He/she works closely with architects, engineers, consultants, and other professionals to manage project costs and ensure completion within the established budget. He/she offers expert advice on cost management, contract negotiation, and procurement. He/she will also give input in ensuring that construction projects are profitable and financially sustainable.
