Qualification & Experience

BA Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, IT, Computer Science or related field with Advanced certifications or specialized training in Graphic Design, User Experience (UX/UI) Design, Web Development, Digital Media, or related disciplines plus a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience, with at least three (3) years in supervisory role.

• Master’s Degree in related field (added advantage)
• Professional training on Marketing Management (added advantage).

Job Summary

The job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the Bank’s graphic design, audio-visual production, and documentation functions in support of the Bank’s corporate communication, marketing, and branding strategies. S/he leaders the development of high-quality creative and multimedia content for print, digital, and social media platforms, ensuring consistency with the Bank’s brand identity and communication standards. He/she also manages and monitors documentation (video recording, photograph shooting on various occasions, and delivery of photographs) for promotion, advertisement and annual reports.

Place of work : Addis Ababa (V. No – HO-EXT/00023/26)

Term of Employment: Permanent
