Qualification & Experience:
BA Degree in Marketing Management, Business Management and Ecocnomics or equivalent field plus a minimum of eight (8) years marketing and research experience with at least 3 years’ experience in a supervisory position.
Job Summary:
The job holder is responsible for facilitating and ensuring the proper advertisement and promotion of all Digital Banking products and services using diversified mediums in collaboration with the Corporate Marketing office. Specifically, responsible to:
Regularly update the management regarding the market developments and any issues related to digital marketing. Prepare go to market strategy for new digital products and services & Propose and determine the look and feel of the various digital banking products and update as required. Propose contents to be advertised through the Bank’s ATM screen, Interactive Teller machines, POS terminals, Branch TVs, Websites, Mobile Banking applications, Internet banking services and other Portals. Conduct social media, e-mail and SMS campaigns to promote Digital Banking products & services. Conduct social media, e-mail and SMS campaigns to aware security alerts related to Digital Banking products & services if any;
